Dr. Winters is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Duke Hand Club, and the Harvard Hand Club. He additionally has earned a certificate of qualification as a hand surgeon. Dr. Winters has a broad range of experience in orthopaedic problems including hand, total joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, and general orthopaedics.  He has practiced at the Oxford location of Triangle Orthopedics since 2004 and was the Chief of the Granville Health System Medical Staff in 2007 and 2008.  When he is not busy practicing medicine, he enjoys fishing and gardening.
